Clients are encouraged to express themshelves for better understanding of their thought process. Ideas shape up here in this stage with initial CAD supported 2D design sketches all the sections ( based on the actual site measurements) in an elaborate way, keeping in mind the flow of pattern and theme. Every detail of design requirement ( Functional and aesthetic ) will be considered in this final phase for each part of the house.

Project Start Up

Shorlisted Comprehensive design options will be perfected and presented in 3D rendered format for ease of understanding, giving it a REAL time touch with colours and Fabrics thus enabling the clients to have a feel of their home in a virtual way. Parallely this stage provides an opportunity to have any last moment correction making the design more suitable and appealing for the decore.

A complete BOQ of materials will be provided for the entire scope of Interiors as undertaken, thus making it transparent from the beginning. Everything will be delivered , installed and assembled in phases based on the Work schedule . The complete process will be a combination of On - Site and Off - Site activity where the carcass works will happen at our Factory with high Precision machines. False ceiling , Wall dcore etc will be done at site to maintain a higher level of Customization and finishing. In this manner every minute detail will be taken care to transform the Design into a reality. A regular update / Status of project will be provided to the client .
